  Once your request is verified, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a free doorstep collection at a time convenient for you.

  Our team will perform a quick quality check upon pickup to ensure the mattress is in a good, hygienic condition without significant damage.

  Receive Your Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
